Hi, I am Hannah.

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher, and although I love working with little learners, I'm excited to build a career path with my photography business; Talk Island To Me.

I took Photography at GCSE and A Level and have a huge passion for capturing every moment! I was always the friend behind the lens, and my favourite things to do is capture candid smiles and joy of the people around me.

I began this photography journey taking photos of people who interested me at festivals, artists performing on stage, participants of carnivals and processions, etc. During Lockdown, when there were fewer people around, I began to photograph the seascapes around me (the best thing about being on an island is the incredible blue sea that surrounds us!). My favourite pastime was to swim out at Freshwater Bay and photograph the horizon, focussing on the ripples and movement of the water. These photos are available as prints in the Client Gallery!

Now I am at the next stage of this passion; working with families to create happy, wholesome memories that can be looked back on for years to come.
